$1.425M Sale Of Bergen County Home Breaks Borough Records
A two-family home in Bergen County has set a new local sales record after closing for $1.425 million.
The property at 364 Broad St. in Carlstadt sold on Wednesday, April 8, for $126,000 above its $1,299,999 asking price, records show.
The sale surpasses the previous Carlstadt high of $1.28 million for a home on 6th Street in June 2025, marking a new benchmark for the borough.
Listing agent Andre Lebron of Christie’s International Real Estate said the home’s condition played a key role in the record-breaking sale.
