The arrests happened early Sunday, Aug. 16, at the Americana Café in the 700 block of Norwich Road in Plainfield. Officers reached the bar at about 1:05 a.m. after receiving a report of a man causing a disturbance with a firearm. Police found a crowd in the parking lot and approached 29-year-old Peter Sousa.
